Prince Hill Reserve wines are a selection of the very best of the best. This 2008 5 Shillings Shiraz has been aged in both American and French oak barrels for 12 months prior to bottling. This bold shiraz is intense red in colour. Ripe blackberry fruit and pepper spice aromas with complex cinnamon and sweet berry varietal notes are evident on the palate. The result is a distinctive wine with a long lingering finish that will continue to develop and reward withcellaring in the medium term. 14.0% Alc.
