Delivery and Refunds
Do you charge for delivery?
We live in a big country, and that means trucks. Big trucks. Travelling long distances and long hours. And those trucks are driven by very hard working Aussies who need to get paid too. So unfortunately delivery is not free. However, we at SellerDoorWines.com.au have worked very hard to get you a flat rate of $7.50 per carton Australia wide, which is pretty great value considering those trucks suck a lot of petrol!
Where won't you deliver too?
We are unable to deliver our wines to any P.O Boxes, so please give us an alternative.
When will my order get here?
Orders will be delivered Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 5pm and usually take between 7 and 10 working days. As life has tendency of being unpredictable, if your order has not arrived after that time, please refrain from calling emergency services and call us instead on 1300 951 951 and we will be happy to investigate.
What if I am not home when my wine is delivered?
A great way to ensure you get your wines is to have them delivered to somewhere you know you will be, like your work address.
However if you are concerned about the jealousy your co-workers will have when they see a box full of our delicious wine, you can opt to have our courier leave it in a safe place at your residential address. If you opt for this choice, SellerDoorWines.com.au cannot be held responsible for any missing goods. Hey, we told you they were delicious and possibly irresistible to passersby.
It appears there has been some damage…
Unfortunately accidents happen, and glass being what it is, sometimes breaks. In the event that one or more bottles have sustained some injuries during transit, simply let us know within 2 working days of the date of delivery and SellerDoorWines.com.au will issue you with a refund equal to the price paid by you for the broken bottles.
There’s a fly in it.
In the rare instance that you are not satisfied with one of our wines, we will be more than happy to provide you with a full refund for that wine (excluding freight costs) provided you let us know within 28 days of your purchase date and you have not opened any more than 2 bottles. Just send back the remaining unopened bottles of the wine to our headquarters (see Contact Us here) so we can run it through the lab (our Winemaker’s tastebuds) and test the quality. We will then issue you a refund within 7 working days of receiving the wine back. Unfortunately our civilisation has not yet reached the stage of telepathic communication. Therefore if any of your details have changed since you first signed up, we won’t know about it, so please make sure your details are correct before finalising an order. If you need to change any of your details, you can do so by logging in and clicking on My Account where you will be given the option to change a number of details.
